"PARROTVILLE" is a complete Bird Fair tucked in the middle of the "All" Pet Expo and just what you would expect of a Castle Enterprises production and affair. Side show performances for pleasure and amusement, presentations for education and information, exhibition of pet birds and onsite experts for sharing of knowledge and a marketplace of pet bird related goods and pet birds for purchase. All scheduled and arranged for the primary purpose of promoting and assisting with, the happy, healthy and longer lives of birds. Parrotville provides an arena to shop for quality birds and products, to educate and inform through entertainment and activity. A partnership was formed between the Philly Pet Expo organizers and Castle Enterprises, the leading PA Pet Bird Event producers, to develop this new concept and bring a feature attraction of "Parrotville" to the 9th Annual Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo on March 7-9, 2003 at the Fort Washington Expo Center (Hall A), 1100 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington PA 19034 (exit 26 off PA Turnpike).
Once again this year, the Pet Expo presents an exciting forum to animal lovers of Pennsylvania and surrounding states. A wide variety of special events, educational programs, attractions and entertainment the whole weekend for the enjoyment of the entire family. Great shopping for all your pet needs from the hundreds of vendors and displays. This three day jam packed event will naturally include animals and pets galore. In Addition, if all that doesn't satisfy your love for animals, for an additional fee you can visit the Pennsylvania Horse Expo in Hall B the same weekend by the same organizers of the Pet Expo. Special combination tickets are available to those wishing to attend both the Pet and Horse Expos.
Event hours are: Friday 4:00PM-9:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM-8:00PM and Sunday 10:00AM-6:00PM. Admission is: $8.00 for Adults and $5.00 for Children (4-12 years). Friday night is "Family Night", children 12 and under get in Free! Special combination tickets are available to those wishing to attend both the Pet and Horse Expos (Adult $12.00, Children 4-12 $7.00).
