Dear Avian Vendor,

      The organizers of the very popular Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo and the leading PA Pet Bird Event producers, Castle Enterprises, have teamed up to bring an event to Pennsylvania and surrounding states like no other. We look forward to seeing you in "Parrotville" at the 9th Annual Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo on March 7-9, 2003 at the Fort Washington Expo Center (Hall A), 1100 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington PA 19034 (exit 26 off PA Turnpike). For the ninth year, the Pet Expo will be an exciting forum for animal lovers. From the great shopping for your pet needs, from the hundreds of vendors and displays, to the variety of special events, educational programs, attractions and entertainment the whole weekend. It is Pennsylvania's Premier All Pet Event of the year!

      "PARROTVILLE" is a new feature attraction for 2003 at the already popular March pet event. "Parrotville" is a complete Bird Fair tucked in the middle of the Pet Expo and just what you would expect from a Castle Enterprises production and affair. Plans include: show performances for pleasure and amusement, presentations for education and information, exhibition of pet birds and onsite experts for the sharing of knowledge and a marketplace with pet bird related goods and pet birds for purchase. This sectioned off tropical jungle/rainforest will surly catch the eye of all pet bird owners and enthusiasts. As a pet bird vendor, you will want to seize the opportunity to participate in "Parrotville", just as Castle Enterprises has by producing "Parrotville" at the Pet Expo.

      The Pet Expo's marketing program was very effective for the 2002 March Expo. So much that the event drew 42,000 + attendees. Included in the marketing program were:

      This year the marketing program will increase even more and include increased Coupon distribution throughout their retail store network and more exposure in all local schools.

      Vendors, secure your space(s) now as they are limited and on a first come first paid basis. You can reserve your space(s) by paying a deposit of half down and paying the final installment by February 1. A special intro price on space is being offered until February 1 too (or while space last), save up to $50.00 on space (see vendor application for pricing…).       Special Note: the Pennsylvania Horse Expo is being held the same weekend in Hall B and is produced by the same persons as the Pet Expo. Many people attend both the Pet and Horse Expo. So much so, that a special combination ticket is available for patrons wishing to visit both Expos.

Vendor Application & Payment

      Payment for Vendor Space mailed less than a month in advance (after Feburary 14, 2003) must be made with cash, money order or certified check. We also accept PayPal for those that would like to use this convent service or if you wish to pay by credit card (add a 3% handling fee when using PayPal).

      You can mail your completed application and payment. Or, if you prefer, mail or fax your application to us and pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your checking account, Visa or MasterCard account with the PayPal service.
