Castle Enterprises would like to invite you to one of the nations most popular vacation destinations, "Pennsylvania Dutch Country". That's right, we are holding our 2005 fall event in the ever so popular Lancaster PA. The Lancaster Host Resort and Conference Center, with nearly 20,000 square feet of exhibit space at our disposal will host the affair. The exhibit hall will be spaciously arranged providing ample area for the walk-through crowd expected at the October Pet Bird Market. The exhibit hall has air conditioning and refreshments will be arranged onsite. There is a overhead door as well as several regular doors on the same level as the exhibit hall and a front entrance door (has a few steps) for convenient unloading and setup.
A portion of the exhibit hall is devoted to "Parrot University Classes" and a "Turning Tricks Workshop". All aspects of parrot ownership and an overview of the popular species pros and cons will be taught in the classes. The trick training workshop will teach the process and techniques so anyone can learn to train their pet birds to do tricks. These educational and informative classes and workshop are a perfect accompaniment to the large "Vendor Marketplace".

Payments are payable to Castle Enterprises. Payment for Exhibit Space(s) mailed on or after October 14, 2005 must be made with cash, money order or certified check. We accept PayPal for those that would like to use this convenient EFT service or wish to pay by credit card.

Or, if you prefer, mail or fax your application to us and pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your checking account, Visa or MasterCard account with the PayPal service. All vendors are required to conform with local, state and federal laws concerning the legality of exhibiting their equipment, live stock or service. This includes holding proper licensing by the State of PA for the collection and payment of appropriate sale tax. The PA Department of Revenue requires that no one may sell taxable merchandise, live stock or services at an event unless that person has obtained a valid license from the Department of Revenue. Castle Enterprises is required to decline space to a vendor that does not hold or is not in the process of obtaining a sales tax license. You can file for this free license online, you will receive your license number within days of filing via email. To access this convenient PA Department of Revenue service, visit www.pa100.state.pa.us or, if you prefer, we can mail you an application for the PA Sales Tax License. But, please note, it must be mailed to the department at least two weeks before the event. Any questions should be directed to the PA Department of Revenue district office at (717) 299-7581. Castle Enterprises is required to decline space to a vendor that does not hold or is not in the process of obtaining a sales tax license.
