You are invited to participate at Castle Enterprises' Fall Event. The event is being held in Pottstown Pennsylvania at the Sunnybrook Ballroom and Convention Center on Saturday October 25, 2003. This Pet Bird Market will be the fifth event Castle Enterprises has held at this popular location.

The Pet Bird Market is just that. An event that highlights a large marketplace of exhibits and displays for the shopping pleasure of the bird owner and enthusiast. We also through in a little educational activity with a visit from nationally known bird handler Ken Globus, "The Bird Whisper". Ken will conduct two unique and eye-opening presentations on stage.

The Sunnybrook Ballroom in Pottstown is nestled between Reading and King of Prussia. It is easily accessible from the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Route 100, Route 23, Route 202 and Route 422. This Gigantic Ballroom (over 20,000 square foot) is ideal for an exhibition hall. The hall is air-conditioned and has refreshment on site for your convenience. There is plenty of parking and four entrances at your disposal for unloading. Sunnybrook Ballroom as with all our events, will be conveniently and spaciously arranged providing ample area for the expected walk-thru crowd.

If you would like to participate in this year's Pet Bird Market, send the enclosed application along with payment to reserve your space(s) today. Space is limited and on a first come/pay basis. Be a part of another successful Castle Enterprises Event!

Vendor Space Details

Vendor Space is 10 foot by 10 foot and includes one 8 foot table and two chairs. Extra tables and electricity are available at no charge (you must note your request on your Vendor Application). Table covers will not be provided, you must bring your own.

Vendors will be held accountable for any damages to Sunnkbrook's property. Do not permit bird droppings to accumulate directly onto tabletops or the floor. Cleanup accidents and any excessive debris... Again, table covers will not be provided so make sure you bring a cover for your table and floor if necessary (if using tray-less floor stands).

We pride ourselves on the quality of our events. And stress as professional aviculturists we all must set an example of the proper care and housing of pet birds. Therefore, vendors selling birds must display them in a clean suitably sized environment with food and water! Birds on exhibit and for sale should be displayed only in what would be considered appropriate housing for birds. Note: Cardboard boxes with wire fronts, dog/cat type carriers are unsuitable containers for display and clean doesn't just mean fresh newspaper on cage bottoms. Any cages, baby containers, etc., on display exhibiting birds, must be free of feces build-up.

Also, in the best interest of the health and welfare of baby birds and to promote responsible avian practices, "ABSOLUTELY No un-weaned baby birds can be sold and / or delivered during the show"! Violators of these rules will not be tolerated and will be required to promptly pack and depart the show. All vendors are requested and encouraged to report violators to us immediately. Note: Un-weaned babies can be displayed at the show and deposits accepted for a future sale and delivery.

Setup / Teardown Information

Vendor Set-up begins Saturday morning at 5:00AM. Friday evening early setup may be arranged but will not be confirmed until one month prior to the event.
