On Saturday October 25 we invite you to join us in Pottstown Pennsylvania, at the Sunnybrook Ballroom, on East High Street, for Castle Enterprises' Fall Pet Bird Market. A variety of Pet Birds will be for sale along with supplies for all your pet bird needs. Many hard to find avian products can be purchased at reasonable prices. Talk directly with area bird breeders and buy from some of the favorites.

Included in the General Admission Fee of $5.00 is access to the Presentations and Vendor Marketplace. You will also receive a Door Prize Chance. Event Hours are 9:00AM till 4:00PM.

Meet nationally known bird handler Ken Globus "The Bird Whisperer". Ken will conduct two unique, eye-opening presentations on stage. He will work with birds he has never seen before and that others have not been able to handle. Marvel in his methods and approach of taming the seemingly un-tameable. These Stage Presentations will take place at 10:30AM and 1:00PM. They will be about an hour and a half long with question and answer periods.

Also... we are hosting a Special "Private Group" Bird Handling and Taming Workshop on Sunday, October 26 by "The Bird Whisperer", Ken Globus. It will be held from 9:00AM to 1:00PM at the Holiday Inn Express (down and around the corner 5 minutes from Sunnybrook). This workshop is a great way to really learn Ken's unique, hands-on approach to taming wild, frightened and aggressive birds in a dynamic, comprehensive, four-hour group session.

The workshop will focus primarily on taming/handling techniques, issues of fear (the birds' and yours), aggression and socialization. Learn how to teach your bird to stop biting, to do step-ups in a matter of minutes, come in and out of the cage and how to trust your hands enough to allow touching, petting, etc. As Ken works with each bird enrolled in the workshop, he will explains in clear terms what he is doing and why. He will demonstrate techniques he created like "The Bubble of Fear," "The Touch," "The Log Roll" and "The Ear Swipe," all invaluable aids in helping to calm wild, frightened and aggressive birds. He will also illustrates how birds respond to subtle movements and touches and demonstrates how to make huge strides in a minimum of time. What you learn can change the way you handle birds forever...

To register to participate in this Special Bird Handling and Taming Workshop, call or email Castle Enterprises to receive a registration form and additional details. Or, click HERE to view and print a registration form (requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader). Ken's fee to participate is $50 per person. For $75 a person, you can enroll your "difficult" bird and bring for Ken to work with. The number of participants in the workshop is limited especially for those bringing birds. All reservations and payments must be received in advance and are accepted on a first come basis...
