Visitors will be welcomed to Parrotville by a grand entrance way made up of a large flight cage containing exotic Toucans and accented by tropical plants.

      Kevin's Exotic Birds and Puppies has generously provided a pair of Swanson, also know as Chestnut Billed, Toucans for the display flight for the weekend. Most have never had the opportunity to see such magnificent birds up close before. This is a chance you don't want to miss... Kevin will also have a vendor space in Parrotville. Make sure you drop in to say hi and talk with him about your pet bird needs.

      If you are considering adding a puppy to your life, Kevin's Exotic Birds and Puppies can help you find just the right dog for your family.       The Kids Area is for the entertainment of the up and coming young pet bird enthusiast. There will be special children's birdie activities including an exciting birdie craft project, many educational parrot coloring sheets and more. Fun activities all with a pet bird theme... There is
no charge for children to participate in this special Kids Area. Children activities will be available during all hours of the weekend long event (or while supplies last). Castle Enterprises/PetBirdShows.com is pleased to provide this "free" entertainment for the children visiting Parrotville.

      Feathered Angels and friends have come together to help guide bird enthusiasts and share information on the care and keeping of pet birds. You will see many different species of birds on site at this special area. Enjoy their beauty and hear all about them from many experienced and knowledgeable hobbyist. Note: The "Birdie Show & Tell Area" has a Look, Ask, but Do Not Touch policy...

      Dawn Lam of Feathered Angels is the coordinator of the Birdie Show & Tell Area. Dawn is well known in the south central PA avian community for her love of birds. This is made evident by the fact her "avian family" contains mostly adopted and rescued birds. You will not be disappointed when you see how lovely and well tended to her birds are. She has a wealth of knowledge that she is always happy to share with anyone wishing to know and learn. She has so many spectacular Parrots that you must just see to really appreciate. Stop by and meet Dawn and some of her wonderful Parrots as well as many friends of Feathered Angels and their feather companions.

     The Wilson Parrot Foundation will be providing the opportunity for visitors to Parrotville to have their picture taken with one or as many parrots as they can hold at one time (a set donation to the foundation is required for pictures). The Wilson Parrot Foundation will also be presenting several programs throughout the weekend. Brian Wilson will conduct Fire, Gun and Vehicular Safety Programs with the assistance of the foundation parrots. Humor, entertainment and information blend with the exotic parrots to create an unforgettable learning experience. Also, stop by and listen in on one of the numerous "Species Spotlight" chats. One of the foundations' birds will be selected and a quick introduction of this parrot and the species will be given frequently through out the day.       All parrot enthusiasts are welcome to participate in the competitions being held on Saturday and Sunday. Join in on the fun one or both days. The competitions are not just for the seasoned exhibitors, novice/pet classes are also available so anyone that wishes to try their hand at showing their parrots can. Rosette Ribbons, Plaques, Medals and other prizes will be awarded.

      There is no charge to enter your parrots into the competitions. That's right, its Free to participate in the exhibitions or show! Registration and check-in is between 8:00AM and 9:00AM both Saturday and Sunday. Cage tags and entry forms can also be picked up at the show hall Friday evening by 9:00PM. The IPS Parrotlet Show is slated to start the weekend of competitions off. It will begin at 10:00AM. Following a lunch break the Saturday SPBE Hookbill Exhibition will begin and run through the afternoon into the evening (ending no later than 6-7:00PM). The second day SPBE Hookbill Exhibition will take place from 10:00AM to 5:00PM (lunch break at 1:00PM). Click Here for Competitions Rules.

      The competitions are affiliated with the International Parrotlet Society and the Society of Parrot Breeders and Exhibitors at the highest level/class: "A". The accredited panel judges scheduled for the weekend are: Laura Diets/Saturday IPS, Conrad Mienert/Saturday SPBE and Miki Sparzak/Sunday SPBE.
