Dear Vendor,

Castle Enterprises is holding this year's annual spring Bird Fest in Pottstown PA on Saturday April 20, 2002. We are exitcted to once again bring it to you from the Sunnybrook Ballroom and Convention Center. We would like to invite you to participate in what promises to be one of the best events of the year.

The Sunnybrook Ballroom in Pottstown is nestled between Reading and King of Prussia. Sunnybrook is easily accessible from the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Route 100, Route 23, Route 202 and Route 422. This gigantic ballroom (over 20,000 square feet) has proven to be ideal for a exhibition hall. The hall is of course air conditioned and has the advantage of not only a snack bar and refreshment area but an on site restaurant. There is plenty of parking. The unloading isn't ideal but there are five entrances at your disposal... Sunnybrook Ballroom as with all our events, will be conveniently and spaciously arranged providing ample area for the large walk-thru crowd expected.

The event's feature attraction "Parrot Bill's Trick Bird Shows" will adorn Sunnybrook's stage for four shows throughout the day (tentatively scheduled for 10:00AM, 11:00AM, 12:30PM and 1:30PM). Parrot Bill's performance team and their exciting act will be easily seen and enjoyed by vendor areas.

If you would like to participate in this years Bird Fest, don't wait, reserve your vendor space today. We anticipant a full house. You too will want to be part of this successful Castle Enterprises Event!

Respectfully,
Henry & Lori Castle

Also, in the best interest of the health and welfare of baby birds and to promote responsible avian practices, "No un-weaned baby birds can be sold and / or delivered during the show"! Violators of these rules will not be tolerated and will be required to promptly pack and depart the show. All vendors are requested and encouraged to report violations to us immediately. Note: Un-weaned babies can be displayed at the show and deposits accepted for a future sale and delivery.
