For the third year, the Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo (EQXPO,LLC) will be featuring "PARROTVILLE" by Castle Enterprises/PetBirdShows.com. We are happy to once again produce the special avian area at this very popular annual event. Holding one of our Bird Fairs in conjunction with this Pet Expo has proven to be successful and has become one of the highlights of the event for many. This team effort has helped to bring an event to Pennsylvania and surrounding states like no other. We look forward to seeing you in "Parrotville" at the 11th Annual Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo on March 11-13, 2005 at the Fort Washington Expo Center, 1100 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington PA 19034 (exit 339 off PA Turnpike).
For the eleventh year, the Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo will be an exciting forum for animal lovers. From the great shopping for your pet needs, from the hundreds of exhibitors and displays, to the variety of special events, educational programs, attractions and entertainment the whole weekend. "PARROTVILLE" meets all criteria of the pet event, it's a complete Bird Fair tucked within the all Pet Expo! The special feature insures avian enthusiast are satisfied when attending the Pet Expo. Castle Enterprises production of Parrotville is just what you have come to expect. Plans include: Special activities for pleasure and amusement, presentations for education and information, exhibition of pet birds with onsite advisers for the sharing of knowledge, and a marketplace with pet bird related goods and pet birds for purchase.

Total payment, or a 50% nonrefundable deposit with balance due by February 4, 2005, is required upon submission of an Application for Exhibit Space. If the application is submitted on or after February 4, total payment is required. Payments are payable to Castle Enterprises. Payment for Exhibit Space(s) mailed on or after February 12 must be made with cash, money order or certified check. We also accept PayPal for those that would like to use this convenient EFT service or wish to pay by credit card (there is an additional 3% handling fee when using PayPal).

You can mail your completed application and payment. Or, if you prefer, mail or fax your application to us and pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your checking account, Visa or MasterCard account with the PayPal service. Signing up with PayPal is optional and we only charge a minimal EFT Payment Handling Fee of 3% for payments made with the service. To pay with PayPal click on the button below.
All vendors are required to conform with local, state and federal laws concerning the legality of exhibiting their equipment, live stock or service. This includes holding proper licensing by the State of PA for the collection and payment of appropriate sale tax. The PA Department of Revenue requires that no one may sell taxable merchandise, live stock or services at an event unless that person has obtained a valid license from the Department of Revenue. Castle Enterprises is required to decline space to a vendor that does not hold or is not in the process of obtaining a sales tax license. You can file for this free license online, you will receive your license number within days of filing via email. To access this convenient PA Department of Revenue service, visit www.pa100state.pa.us or, if you prefer, we can mail you an application for the PA Sales Tax License. But, please note, it must be mailed to the department at least two weeks before the event. Any questions should be directed to the PA Department of Revenue district office at (610) 270-1780.
